Not bad as an intro to Kenyan cooking. Unlike in the photos posted in the description, Josephine did not cook with us from her kitchen. She just sat on her sofa and gave us instructions.

Hi - this was a good experience but not great as Josephine did not cook along and sometimes gave vague instructions - ok if you’re an experienced cook but harder if a novice

We joined this session as a family - myself, my daughter and daughter in law - and we had a wonderful time. It was an adventure "going" to Kenya and I loved the links Josephine sent with Kenyan music. The music set the mood and Josephine made us feel very welcome and the cooking was easy. On top of that the meal was delicious!

Josephine is knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind. The experience was incredible, and so was the food!! It was a wonderful insight to Kenyan cuisine and culture. I would recommend the experience to all of my family and friends.

We had a lot of fun with Jospehine learning about Kenya and the history of Kenyan cuisine. The final meal was delicious - so much depth of flavour in such a short time. We can't wait to cook it for friends when lockdown is over. I would highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a really fun activity.
