What you'll do

Come start your morning or end your day with the experience of a deeper connection to nature in a quiet gentle offering of Tea Medicine. Connecting you with yourself and those around you through beautiful bowls of tea.

Tea practice is a graceful and gentle offering of plant medicine that allows a deeper connection to the self, nature and those around you. It is my honor to be a student of the leaf and to share her spirit with you. In this practice, we will silently walk into a forested area where we will enjoy bowls of tea together knowing there is no right and there is no wrong. Tea gives us the opportunity to be fully present through a form of moving meditation. It is a great alternative to alcohol and a beautiful way to deeply connect with those around you. No two ceremonies are the same and each experience will give you the exact medicine you need for that moment in time. I deeply wish to share a bowl of tea with you!

Rachel is dedicated to inspiring others to return to their roots and honor their truest nature, that they are nature! Her goal is to give you tools to live a life in deeper communion with yourself, nature and those around you. Currently, you will find Rachel guiding tea ceremonies throughout our Public Lands or adventuring the expansive west

Rachel was a wonderful guide on this meditation. My sister and I enjoyed this experience fully, we would definitely do this again. We both feel lighter, loved and peaceful at the end of the experience. Looking back it was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you so much for having this time available for others.

This experience was so lovely, both because of the location (forest, but easily accessible from Boulder proper) and because Rachel is such a calm, kind person. I so appreciated the quiet space for the ceremony itself, for me to let go of all the stresses of the week. But I also enjoyed talking with Rachel afterwards and connecting with her. If you need a real break from your busy life, I highly recommend this experience. I left feeling so much calmer, grounded, and revived.

What a lovely way to spend a morning in Boulder! The tea ceremony was delightful, the spot was wonderfully peaceful, and Rachel was very sweet and welcoming. If the idea of forest bathing + tea intrigues you, go ahead and do it :)
